Dynaflex SC is a unique one part, non-sag, tamper resistant elastomeric STPU (silyl-terminated polyurethane) joint sealant with many of the strengths of two-component security sealants but with the user-friendly ease-of-application properties of a one-component sealant. Dynaflex SC is designed to achieve high tensile and tear strengths, abrasion resistance and an average ultimate hardness of at least 55, yet still withstand 25% total joint movement. As a result, this rugged but flexible sealant is ideally suited for use in institutional and correctional complex security installations but performs equally well in other public buildings and facilities where ordinary sealants are easily damaged or torn out by idle tampering and acts of vandalism.
Dynaflex SC not only is more flexible than epoxy in composition but also satisfies the concerns for color coordina-tion. It is available in two standard colors, and can be painted to blend with adjacent surfaces.
Limitations
Dynaflex SC is not to be used in active joints experiencing movement greater than 12 1 /2% in compression or extension. Nor should it be used in areas where it may be subjected to harsh chemicals such as acids,strong alkalis, ketones, etc.

Critical Properties of Security Sealants
Pecora P-150 is a one component, non-yellowing, UV stable, polyiscyanate primer especially formulated to enhance sealant adhesion to both porous and non-porous substrates and is classified as a Universal primer. P-150 will also help prevent deterioration of porous masonry surfaces which are weak and friable by sealing, leveling and binding the surface to allow better adhesion of the sealant.
Dyna-Poxy™ EP-1200 is a rigid, two-part, high-solids, high-modulus epoxy resin compound, especially designed as a companion or alternative product to Pecora Dynaflex™ urethane security sealant. Also, because of its high compressive strength and non-sag properties, DynaPoxy™ EP-1200 is used as a structural adhesive for vertical and overhead bonding and grouting and for bolt embedment.
Limitations
Dyna-Poxy™ EP-1200 should not be used in active joints or in areas where it may come into contact with food. It should not be subjected to harsh chemicals such as acids or solvents and should not be applied in concrete joints less than 30-days old.
Typical Applications
Synthacalk™ GC2+ is a two part, polysulfide, non sag sealant that maintains an effective bond between materials of similar or dissimilar porosities, surface texture, or expansion coefficients. Typical applications include swimming pools, fountains, cooling towers fuel and chemical storage tanks,wastewater treatment and petrochemical plants.
Limitations:
Synthacalk™ GC2+ is not recommended for:
Structural or butt glazing.
Joints less than 1/4” (6 mm) in width or depth
Certain architectural paints and finishes without prior testing
Pecora P-200 is a two-component epoxy-based primer supplied in a 1:1 by volume mix ratio. In addition to promoting sealant adhesion, the P-200 primer effectively seals porous substrates preventing moisture intrusion as well as preventing the migration of oils found in asphalt substrates.
Pecora P-100 Primer is a dilute solution of reactive materials in solvent. An air-drying material, P-100 Primer is used to promote adhesion of certain sealants and coatings to a variety of construction materials such as plywood, masonry, metal and some plastics.
PCS Pecora Contractor Silicone is a one-part, neutral cure, medium modulus silicone sealant designed for moving joints in exterior window and door perimeters, concrete panels, tilt-up panels, curtainwall and EIFS.
Advantages

Pecora PCS should not be used in the following applications:
Continuous water immersion
Natural stones without prior testing for compatibility
Laminated or insulated glass without prior compatibility testing for all PCS Pecora Contractor Silicone colors except translucent.
P-53-VOC is a two-component epoxy primer, with a low viscosity formulation that penetrates and seals concrete pores.
Limitations
P-53-VOC should not be thinned with solvents unless advised to do so by Pecora

AC-20® FTR is a unique acrylic latex sealant that is UL® Classified in firestopping systems for expansion joints and through penetrations. When properly installed, these systems effectively contain fire, smoke, toxic fumes, and water within a given area surrounded by firewalls for a two, three, or four hour period, depending on the design specifications.
Other Uses:
Excellent adhesive, flexibility and durability qualities make AC-20® FTR ideal for insulating and weatherproofing around windows, doors, panels, siding, duct work, base plates, etc. It is compatible with all common building materials including specialties such as polystyrene, polyurethane, cork, vinyl (not for use on cpvc), foamed and fibrous glass. Used as an acoustical sealant, AC-20® FTR reduces sound transmission in partition systems to maintain specific STC values by sealing spaces around cut-outs and at perimeters of partitions. The sealant cures to a tough rubber to form a long-lasting acoustical seal.
Pecora 1215 Seam Sealer is a VOC compliant, silicone sealant designed for mechanically fixed narrow corner, rivet and butt joint seams as well as screw heads in vinyl and aluminum window fenestration. The moisture cure silicone formula reduces noxious odors on the production line, increases productivity and meets the requirements of AAMA 803.3, Type II.
